000 families We know your children are special and you want the best of everything for them - especially child care. Finding a safe environment with responsible caregivers can be very stressful. At Kiwi Preschool & Childcare Center, Our philosophy is reflected in the warm, well-tended environment in which your child(ren) will spend much of his/her early childhood. Our teachers encourage learning through “discovery” in daily “hands on” experiences in our manipulative, science, math, dramatic play, music, reading, art and movement curriculum. Children are encouraged to express ideas in small and large groups. They are also encouraged to receive ideas expressed by their peers in a sensitive and gracious manner. We strive to teach children to work and play independently and to grow in self-worth. It is the goal of the Kiwi Preschool Staff to prepare your child(ren) for kindergarten and to give him/her a solid foundation for life in a beautiful, challenging world.
